Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. As a memebr of the Service Department, you will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers with their parts needs, and ensuring efficient operations within the service department. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Duties:

- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient

- Process parts orders and returns efficiently

- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts

- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and manage inventory

- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Maintain a clean and organized parts department

Experience:

- Previous experience in Customer Service

- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel

- Sales management experience is a plus
